Great varieties, great ingredients, delicious waffles.

The ice cream tastes great, but the service is unfortunately very unfriendly. When I asked for a trial ball, I was given a normal one, which isn't bad. However when I addressed this I got an unnecessary comment, annoyed look and the same waffle back with the same ball, half of which was "removed" and almost fell off the waffle the whole time.

We took a short break here and had an ice cream. Small nice ice cream bar with nice staff. Nice pulled through the topic of moo cow

Cow bar as expected and tried and tested many times. Very tasty ice cream and a very nice employee. I am really an unrestricted cow bar fan ??

the service was kind of weird if you asked something. The main thing is that the ice cream was delicious. I will visit more often in the future :) Nice corner ^^

We were there on August 10th around 8:30 pm. Very unfriendly service. When ordering you were looked at impatiently and with a face "no questions, please order". When I asked for a cold drink, I was recommended to buy a cappuccino cup with rolling eyes and gasping. It was just a sip of espresso with 4 ice cubes in a giant paper cup for almost € 5.00! Tables outside dirty and when asked for an ashtray, there was a dirty tin vase with disgusting garbage like a used face mask, chewing gum residue etc. I kindly asked the waitress whether there was the possibility of a cleaning cloth or rag to wipe everything clean as a customer but was given away with a cheeky answer that there was no time. Really thought that it was all a joke and that a hidden camera would show up, after the moth: Tricked, we wanted to test your nerves !!!!! It's a shame and very sad how unmotivated staff at the Phoenixsee keep customers away, because the concept of the Kuhbar is a well-thought-out gastronomy concept when it comes to the Kuhbar Kaiserstr. compare.

There were hardly any nuts in the brittle cup. I know that from the other cow bars but different! e.g. Cow bar on Kaiserstr.

Never again at the lake. The ice cream is delicious when I get what I ordered. Otherwise, the service is extremely disastrous. My spaghetti ice cream (pasta cow) was slapped lovelessly into the cup in a normal ball shape instead of spaghetti shape. Apparently only the mass processing counts here. The wait staff constantly rolls their eyes when you ask something and gives snotty answers. I've never been treated so rude! I hope that you will change something in your service as soon as possible.

Hello everyone... Was walking there with my boyfriend today and then we saw the cow bar! I felt like having an ice cream and looked at the types, but I couldn't quite make up my mind ... The saleswoman immediately pointed out the new bailys variety! I was curious and took the ??I can tell you very, very tasty ?? the cow bar is always good for a surprise when it comes to ice cream Always happy to have delicious ice cream

Kuhbar does what it promises. Only with the staff you had less luck this year. You have to practice being friendly again ....... or maybe hire specialist staff to guide the youthful temporary workers in every shift?

No thanks!! Not to you again. Yes, the ice cream is delicious, but your service is terrible! Rolling your eyes and raising your voice clearly because a male gentleman (of Kurdish origin) could not articulate himself well enough was downright humiliated in front of the entire clientele. Unfortunately, I could not remember the name of your questionable employee.

Great ice cream, friendly team, great atmosphere at the lake. In my case, my request was dealt with immediately in a customer-oriented manner. Great!

Ice cream tastes very good but the service is unfortunately very rude and cheeky. Just wanted to sit there again but the same person would have served us and we honestly didn't feel like it.

Good place near to phoenix see, sanday closes at 6 p.m.

This is just such an incredibly cute ice cream parlor. The sweet names of all the ice cream sundaes, the look of the ice cream parlor, such nice people working there and the incredible view of the Phoenix Lake. Just amazing! : D

On high demand original addictive ice cream in Dortmund made from the owner’s own dairy farm products that makes it different from the others. Great delicious ice cream with funny- sounding names like Kuh-Tti-Frutti, Piña-Kuh-Lada, Scho-Kuh, .. to name a few. Kuh means Cow in Germany. Kuh Bar has so many ideas and so creative that totally makes it different from other Gelatos in the world. The recipes are traditional and handmade aside from having funny names on each ice cream flavour. This branch located in Phönixsee has the best ambience, with the lovely view of the man-made Lake Phönixsee. There’s clean separate restrooms for Damen ( ladies) and Herren ( gentlemen). This KuhBar is always full especially on weekends. But be patient to wait in long queue! This is self- serve style ice cream Bar in town and this is on high demand! Parking around Phönixsee is not a problem. There are many things to do and see like strolling around the Lake while having KuhBar ice cream on hand. The staffs are not so friendly though, I think they are overworked or understaffed.
